Shipping & Returns
At Dahlia Beach I put the experience of the customer at the top of the priority list and it's my mission to make you happy with the service that you receive from me. I've tried to be as transparent as possible with my shipping and returns policy but if there is something that you want to discuss, please get in touch firstname.lastname@example.org I endeavour to approach all problems with kindness and compassion and so if there is something that you're not happy about, I'll fix it but please remember to be kind :-)
All orders for merchandise will be posted within one week however Dahlia Beach boxes (containing tubers and seeds) will not begin to be shipped until March 2021. Orders placed after March 2021 will take 2 - 3 weeks depending on the level of demand and the situation with Covid-19. If you have a special request for a quicker delivery time, please email me email@example.com to see if there is an opportunity to speed things up.
Thank you for so much for your purchase and I really hope that you're happy with your Dahlia Beach goods. You do however have every right to change your mind or if you're not happy with anything, you can return it to me for a full refund. Please see below for more information on the Dahlia Beach return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 28 days of the delivery date and the packaging must be in new and unused condition. To return your Dahlia Beach product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and you'll be sent a returns form which you need to print and include in the box, along with all of the original packaging, and post to following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and it's a good idea to get proof of postage as you're responsible for the goods until they arrive with us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), I'll process your return. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund and I'll notify you by email when your return has been processed.
