New for 2026! This year we'd love to welcome volunteers to spend time with us on our flower farms in Oxfordshire. Whether it's sowing seeds, watering in the polytunnels or picking flowers (all while enjoying a few hours outdoors), there's always something happening on a busy dahlia farm.

Volunteering with us is a completely optional, unpaid opportunity for anyone who loves flowers, gardening and being in nature. It's a chance to enjoy some 'field therapy' (as we like to call it!) meet like-minded people, learn more about growing dahlias and get a behind-the-scenes glimpse into life on a working flower farm - and there's always great cake at break time! ☕🍰
